Teenager course at Atma Path Denmark
In a world of increasing demands and constant expectations, it can be challenging for young people to find peace within themselves and their own bodies. At Atma Path Denmark, we offer a transformative three-week course that helps young people achieve a better body understanding and develop self-esteem through greater contact with themselves and conversations.
What do we offer?
Our program combines a number of holistic methods that support the psychological, mental and physical well-being of young people:
Breathing exercises: Teaches young people to find calm and strength through their own breathing.
Body therapy: Helps release tension and create a deeper connection to the body.
Conversations: Provides space for reflection and support in a safe environment.
Meditation: Creates balance and inner peace.
Sound bath: Relaxes the nervous system through healing sound frequencies lying in our floating slings.
Individual and community-based approach
We take the individual as our starting point and offer both individual and group sessions. Each week we meet physically for 75 minutes where we will practice different tools and methods, and in addition, participants get a half-hour online session for extra support and guidance. This ensures a continuous process where the young people can integrate their new tools into everyday life.
To you parents: We know how important it is for you to support your children in their development. This course is designed to give your teenager the best tools to thrive, both physically, psychologically and mentally. Young people have reached an age where finding their way has become clearer, and they need to find their own voice among the millions of voices that bombard them daily.
What do they get out of it: During these four weeks, the young people will gain new knowledge about themselves and greater self-insight and awareness, which will give them a new and more grounded and solid foothold in life after the course. We guide the young people on their path, so that they will subsequently experience that they will stand stronger and more secure in life's many choices.
