Aras Wilton has previously worked as a manager and project coordinator, but has chosen to
dedicate themselves full-time to working with people's mental health and physical well-being
consciousness. As a yoga teacher and breathing, EFT and meditation coach, she guides people through in-depth processes that create space for contemplation,
balance and inner transformation.
With a holistic approach, Aras helps its clients reconnect with their
body and emotions so that they can understand and release inner blockages, create greater self-insight and
achieve a deeper peace in the present. Through a combination of conscious movement,
breathing exercises, energy therapy and conversations she supports a holistic journey,
where both body, mind and breath work together to create lasting transformation and
increased quality of life. With a deep passion for human well-being, Aras meets each person where they are, creating a safe and present space where change can take place.

Kamilla Bugge is a passionate and experienced professional body therapist and psychoanalyst.
with her 25 years of experience, has worked holistically with body and mind in the jobs and
educations she has worked with. She works as a priest in the Danish
Danish National Church and is co-owner of the Yoga Center Yogis Choice, where she has been teaching for the past 8 years.

background as a psychoanalyst, body therapist, theologian, movement educator and dancer,
she has gained a deep understanding of how body, mind and "spirit" are interconnected and
influence each other.
