Talk Therapy – A Journey Towards Self-Understanding
In talk therapy, we work together to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, and unconscious patterns. Through conversation, we create a safe space where you can discover the deeper causes behind your actions and reactions. The purpose is to achieve greater self-insight, resolve inner conflicts, and find new ways to handle life's challenges. This process is both personal and in-depth, and it gives you the opportunity to create lasting changes in your life.
What you will encounter with us is a safe space, without judgment, with a loving curiosity for every person's story and their individual path through life.
Talk therapy sessions will last 90 minutes and can take place in person or online.
Talk therapy can be combined with:
1. Healing massage
Will help you feel and understand your body better, as well as dissolve tensions, stress, and emotional blockages through body therapy.
2. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Reduces stress and anxiety by lowering cortisol levels through tapping on meridian points. It promotes emotional healing and resilience by releasing blockages and processing traumas. At the same time, it can alleviate physical pain and improve sleep quality.
3.Guided meditation
Where you learn to let go, relax, and find presence. We guide you to your innermost core and help you find stillness in your mind.
4. Yoga
We offer classes both in groups and privately. Yoga doesn't heal traumas or stress, but it helps restore connection to the body. Through gentle movements, breath training, and mindfulness, we create inner peace. The teaching is always tailored to the participants.
5. Body therapy
A holistic treatment that unites body, mind, and psyche. We use various techniques and exercises to create flow, strengthen the connection to the body, and promote acceptance, so it regains its energy and joy.
